The other day I had the pleasure of trying yet another new dish in Korea that I had surprisingly not yet encountered. Nogari (노가리) is dried fish that is typically served as a side dish. From what I have been told this snack is best enjoyed with the traditional Korean alcohol, soju. There are a couple neighborhoods in Seoul where you can find the streets lined with places that serve this stuff. Nogari (노가리) is something that is probably not going to go over well with those of you who do not like seafood, but I am a big fan.
